Membership Credentials
When you sign up for a paid service with Blue Delta Marketing Ltd your log in details will be sent to the email address you register at sign up. The address for your service emails can be changed on request.
Affiliate Payments
All affiliate payments will be paid by Paypal to the email address registered when opening your account. This address can be changed on request.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Refunds
Since Blue Delta Marketing Ltd is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and we begin the provision of these services on receipt of your order, your statutory refund period does not apply. In the event that you request a refund during the statutory cooling off period a pro rata refund will be made, unless otherwise stated in the sales letter for a specific product.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next subscription payment and therefore we do not issue refunds on subscription payments. However, we do honour requests for the refund of subscriptions on the following conditions:
- Subscriptions cancelled within three days of the subscription payment being processed, where the customer has contacted our customer support within the same three day period requesting a refund, are eligible for a credit note for the full value of the payment.
- Subscriptions cancelled within thirty days of the subscription payment being processed, where the customer has contacted our customer support within the same thirty day period requesting a refund, are eligible for a credit note for 50% of the payment.
